Shipping and Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to ship promptly. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Indemnification

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any disputes arising under these Terms or relating to the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Las Vegas, Nevada, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
